Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
Easy Cancellation Process
Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time via the account dashboard. To cancel, simply log in to your Seclob Connect account, navigate to the subscription section, and select "Cancel Subscription." A confirmation will be required to finalize the cancellation.
Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the features and services of Seclob Connect until the end of the current billing cycle. The services will be disabled after the cycle ends, and you will lose access to the premium features. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused services after cancellation.
Multiple Subscription Options
If you are on a monthly or yearly subscription plan, you can cancel the plan at any time. Please note, if you’re part of a custom or enterprise subscription plan, specific terms and conditions may apply. Custom plans may require additional steps to cancel, including contacting our customer support team.
No Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments for Seclob Connect subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. This includes payments made for partial usage, unused days, or any changes made to the subscription mid-cycle. Once payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any portion of the subscription, even if the account is canceled early or not fully utilized.
Pro-Rated Charges
We do not provide pro-rated charges for unused portions of your subscription. Whether you cancel your subscription after one day or one month, the amount you paid is not refundable. This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency and ensure the sustainability of Seclob Connect services.
Refunds for Billing Errors
In the rare case of a billing error made by Seclob Connect, we will review the situation and offer a refund or adjustment based on our internal review. Refunds are only provided for overcharged amounts due to system errors.
Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases: • Overbilling or duplicate charges due to system errors. • Dissatisfaction reported within seven days of subscribing to an annual plan (first-time subscribers only). • All refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within {***} business days.
Data Retention Post-Cancellation
Data Backup and Retention Period
After you cancel your subscription, Seclob Connect will retain your data for 30 days. This grace period ensures that you have enough time to retrieve or migrate your information to another system. You can continue to access your account and export data during this time.
Data Export
We highly recommend that you back up any data before initiating the cancellation. You can export your data from your account settings in the form of CSV files or other compatible formats. This includes all project data, user records, communication logs, and financial data.
Post-Cancellation Data Deletion
After the 30-day retention period ends, Seclob Connect will permanently delete all data associated with the canceled account. This is in accordance with our commitment to user privacy and data security. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored or recovered.
Reactivation of Subscription
Reactivation Window
If you decide to resubscribe, you can reactivate your Seclob Connect account within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Reactivating your account within this window will restore your data and features as they were at the time of cancellation.
Restoration of Data
Upon reactivation, all your data (such as projects, user information, and financial records) will be restored in full. However, if the reactivation happens after 30 days, your data may no longer be recoverable. Reactivating your account after this period will result in starting a new account with no access to the previously stored data.
Reactivation Process
To reactivate, simply log into your account dashboard, select "Resubscribe," and follow the necessary steps to complete your payment. Your previous account settings and configurations will be restored once payment is processed.
Pricing Terms for Reactivated Subscriptions
Reactivated subscriptions will retain the original pricing and terms, provided reactivation occurs within {***} days of cancellation. After {***} days, users must re-subscribe under the current pricing structure.
Subscription Downgrades or Modifications
Downgrade Options
You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. If you choose to downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. The payment will be adjusted according to your new subscription plan, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the current plan.
Subscription Modifications
You may also modify your subscription during your billing period (e.g., switch from monthly to annual or vice versa). In this case, the new subscription rate will apply starting from the next billing cycle. Changes to your plan can be managed easily through your Seclob Connect account dashboard.
Downgrade Limitations
Some features may become unavailable when downgrading, depending on the features offered in your new plan. It's recommended to review the features of your selected plan to ensure it meets your needs before making changes.
Trial Period Cancellations
Free Trial Offer
If you sign up for a free trial of Seclob Connect, you will be able to use all features of the platform for a limited time (e.g., 14 or 30 days). At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Canceling Before Trial Ends
If you cancel your free trial before the trial period concludes, you will not be charged for any services, and you will lose access to premium features immediately upon cancellation. No charges will be applied, and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
Trial Conversion to Paid Plan
If you fail to cancel before the trial period ends, your free trial will convert to a paid plan, and you will be billed accordingly. This automatic conversion ensures uninterrupted access to Seclob Connect services.
